WEA Leadership Institute

Initiated in 2008 at the WEA General Assembly, the Leadership Institute serves to strengthen Evangelical Alliances by developing effective leaders. The WEA-LI offers workshops, webinars, manuals, and online courses. The online courses lead to a Certificate in Association Leadership. In a nutshell, the Certificate in Association Leadership provides association leaders with job-ready certifiable skills to effectively run their alliance, network or association. This unique program is not offered anywhere else and is designed to provide the needed leadership skills and qualities essential for General Secretaries, directors, board members, staff and emerging leaders of Christian associations, networks, and alliances. This exciting program enjoys an amazing potential to dramatically change our member nations by strengthening our Evangelical Associations for the glory of God.
