Our ministry specializes in providing in-service training for missionaries and international Christian workers -- specifically, providing skills Christian workers can use to make their lives and ministries more joyful and effective over the long term. Training is offered in the areas of personal and spiritual development, interpersonal skills development, team building and organizational development, and leadership development.
