Christian Institute of Management (CIM) is an indigenous, trans-denominational service mission imparting management information, management training, organizational development services, management study courses and mediation service to the Missions and Churches in India. Through these services CIM enhances their management standards: • Build awareness about the necessity, responsibility and opportunity to build acceptable level of Christian Management. • Provide tools to Indian missions to translate their intangible “accountability to God??? into measurable accountability to the Indian Church and the Indian State. VISION: Christian organisations and churches in India performing at biblical level of management excellence.
