NextLEVEL Leadership is addressing the growing need for high quality training for Christian women leaders through Integrative Leadership Intensives. NextLEVEL is built on the 3 C's of Leadership. Character, Competence, Confidence. The 4 Modules are facilitated by NextLEVEL Leadership's team of instructors. Each module is two full days of interactive learning in a small group atmosphere. Module 1 - Foundations of Leadership Module 2 - Communication Strategy Module 3 - Life Balance Module 4 - Systems Thinking New for 2007- Finding Your Voice - one day seminar. In Addition to in-house workshops on Teambuilding, The Confidence Factor, Innovation Embraced, Mentoring, Stages of Power all will be customized for our clients.
