Description | The Master of Ministry Leadership programme employs the practitioner model in providing tools and strategies necessary for enhancing ministry leadership skills. The objectives of the programme are to provide opportunity for the student: 1. To advance in preparation for ministry by further developing insights, understanding and skills. 2. To integrate undergraduate theological studies and graduate studies with experience and to apply them in a ministry setting whereupon the student can evaluate the assignment and its results and offer insightful recommendations., therein providing evidence of maturing training and ministry. |
