| Descripción | Master of Theology in Transformative Leadership (MTL) is a response to the current leadership crisis in churches, Christian charitable organizations, educational institutions and mission agencies; and to the urgent need for a new image of leadership in Ukraine and other former Soviet Republics. In contradistinction to the use of the business model for leadership which has become popular among churches and other Christian organizations, the MTL program provides a biblical perspective and biblical principles for organizational leadership. These biblical principles demonstrate their time-tested effectiveness; their relevance to the context; and their practical applicability in church or organizational settings. As an academic graduate program, MTL provides a biblical perspective and biblical principles in three vital areas: the character of the leader the organizational skills of the leader the interaction of the leader with social and political structures VISION Shaping a new image of the leader for transformative mission in the church and in society. MISSION Equipping leaders, already involved in spiritual ministry and organizational management, with biblical principles for the formation of holistic character, the creation of effective organization, and the proper relationship with society and governmental structures. CORE VALUES For personal transformation – the imitation of Christ For organization transformation – the biblical principles For societal transformation – the mission of God GOAL Equipping and assisting the minister/leader with the necessary spiritual and psychological knowledge for the formation and development of holistic character; organizational management skills; effective functioning of the church/organization in society; and appropriate interaction with governmental structures based on the biblical model of stewardship. |

| Cursos pre-requisitos | 1. An applicant should have a completed undergraduate level of education (if a student has a postgraduate level, it is also taken into account), either theological or secular in the humanities; 2. An applicant should be a member of a church; 3. An applicant should pass: a) a written exam (student should write a review on given book); b) an interview with the Entrance Committee; 4. The Seminary must get three recommendations from applicant: a) from senior minister of church or bishop; b) from your colleague or friend; c) from anybody. |
| Otros Pre-requisitos | Exception The Seminary can also accept: 1) an applicant with a degree in a field of studies not related to the humanities, but such a person: a) should be 25+ years old; b) should have experience in leadership ministry of not less than 5 years, as evidenced by a written letter from the applicant’s senior leaders or from the council of brothers; c) should have successfully passed an exam in the form of a written essay (3000 words) and a critical review on a given book (1200 words); d) should have successfully passed an interview with the Entrance Committee. 2) applicants who do not have a degree under the above conditions: a) should be 35+ years old; b) should have experience in a leadership ministry for over 10 years, as evidenced by a written letter from senior leaders or from the council of brothers; c) should have successfully passed an exam in the form of a written essay (3000 words) and a critical review on a given book (1200 words); d) should have successfully passed an interview with the Entrance Committee; e) the number of persons who belong to this group of applicants may be only 25% of the total number of students in this programme, although each case is considered individually. |
