| Descripción | This graduate program is jointly-offered through a strategic partnership with Life Pacific College (United States). Life Pacific College is accredited by WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) and Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). The biblically grounded, ministry focused, professional and practical curriculum is offered online with two one-week residencies. Students will master advanced concepts of Christian leadership, become conversant in organizational and congregational practices, understand how to do applied research, and implement strategic thinking to impact their ministry context. The program includes an integral field-based component and a major leadership project (capstone) which will involve a deep exploration of the students’ calling, an understanding of their leadership context, and the development of a strategic initiative for an existing ministry or the creation of a new endeavor. |

| Cursos pre-requisitos | Candidates should fulfill the following requirements: - Be a born-again Christian leader - Possess the relevant educational qualifications from a recognized and accredited institution with an undergraduate GPA of 2.5 - Demonstrate a significant commitment to Christian ministry - A minimum of three (3) years of leadership, management or ministry involvement An applicant, who received an education where English is not an official language, is required to submit TOEFL test result. A minimum TOEFL score of 79(IBT) / 550(PBT) / 213(CBT). |
